Our rep Paul was super attentive in helping us nail down our order and making sure it arrived on time. The highlight of the service was the quick and clear communication, which I’ve struggled with at other places. Quality is solid, and the price is just right. "Absolutely Impressed with the Quality of My Order!"
I was truly amazed by the quality of my boxes! Steve was super helpful, and I had some jitters about ordering from abroad, but the product turned out to be way better than anything I've received made in the USA. I'm gearing up to place a bigger order with them real soon and look forward to a long-term partnership for my custom packaging needs.

My journey stemmed from my frustration with the box supplier I was using for my bakery. Custom Packaging was super quick to reply to my inquiry, collaborated with me to keep costs down, delivered the product ahead of schedule, and the boxes turned out just as I wanted. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience!

I get my lip gloss boxes from this shop for my cosmetics biz! Had a fantastic experience. Sam, my rep, is super nice and really patient. This company ensures you're happy with your items and offers awesome prices!! Definitely recommend.

"Avoid This Service"
Avoid this service! I found a mistake on the final printed item that wasn’t in the proof they provided. When I pointed this out, Steve just waved me off and didn’t take any action to fix the issue, only saying he’d pay more attention next time. That doesn’t do me any good right now.

"All my purchases were spot on"
All my purchases were spot on. They collaborated with me to hit a deadline. Chris was incredibly patient with my design tweaks and super detailed, sending videos and photos of the product to make sure it was just what I was looking for. They got everything printed and shipped to me in no time at all. I’ll surely be coming back to them for all my printing needs!

"Frustrated with the lack of progress..."
We were really let down that we couldn't continue after making our first order. Mike Wilson was initially fantastic to collaborate with, super helpful. However, once we expressed our worries about the boxes being embossed in a color we hadn’t requested, he didn’t try to help us out or keep us as customers. Instead, he dismissed our concerns and made us feel small. It's a real pity, as we were looking forward to building a lasting partnership.
